Oticon Connect Clip is compatible with Oticon Phone Adapter 2.0 ONLY if the phone adapter has firmware greater than 2. (See the underside of the Phone Adapter for firmware (FW) number.)
Oticon Phone Adapter 2.0 with firmware less than 2 is NOT compatible with Oticon Connect Clip.
This information may be relevant to any NHS patients in the United Kingdom who, like me, are being switched over to say Oticon Energy (Bluetooth) aids from say Oticon Synergy Sense (non-Bluetooth).
Oticon upgraded the Phone Adapter 2.0 in 2018 to accept Bluetooth but didn’t change the name of the product (from ‘…2.0’)…
