Finally had my follow up for the oticon cros aid and optim today they also did a hearing test which has changed slightly now in my profile. They added two new programs for music and speech in noise and made slight adjustments for clarity as I’ve been struggling with word recognition. Also got a longer wire for the oticon cros reciever. Also I have found out the i can make a phone call and speak without having to be holding the phone in my hand i can have it my bag i don’t seem to be needing a connect clip but haven’t really tested it much with recieving calls yet.

Are you sure as it’s been discussed in this thread that the Optim is not hands free.
I was just sitting down with my bag on my lap and the phone sitting in it the bag wasn’t done up or anything I’ve not had a chance to test it out much in that kind of environment yet but next time i do i will see if it is truly hands free or if it’s just because my phone was in the top of my bag undone on my lap.
