I found putting the Apple Watch in Airplane mode before streaming seems to stop clicking, so it does look like a BLE polling local devices issue.

Add me to the list. New Opn 3 aids, happened within 3 hours of getting them. Streaming videos from my iPad Pro (1st gen), getting the random “toy monkey playing the cymbles” sounds in one or the other aid, more often the right. I also have an iPhone 6S and an Apple Watch series 4.
If it is interference from the apple watch, thats a real bummer, as using the watch to control the aid volume is one of the main reasons I got the watch.
Will do some more testing to try and confirm.
