Listening to Pandora but sound playing in right ear only on Android S10 . Is that normal?
Actually seems only right aid streaming for everything
It’s not normal for my HAs to stream just one side. If it never worked, then maybe it is. I don’t know anything about the HAs you have.
Things to try:
Turn bluetooth off on your phone, then back on.
Restart your phone.
Unpair your HAs.
Pair them again, just one at a time. Keep one off until you finish pairing the first. For giggles, try pair just the L HA and play music.
Do you know if your S10 has Android 12 on it? A quick google search indicated to me that it probably is Android 11. Getting to the point, Android 12 plays better with HAs. Android 13 (even better HA support) is being released this week on the Google Pixel 7. A phone upgrade may be part of the solution.
Have you tried turning the left hearing aid off and then turning it on again? I am trialing a set of More 1s and have the same problem (I have read here that there seems to be an issue with the latest firmware and the latest iOS, not sure if android is having the same issue). Anyway, when I turn the HA back on it automatically re-connects to my phone and streaming starts in that ear as well. Annoying but it works
