Oticon More and ios 15.4 update

After a number of days it appears to be working, but the ON app is now sluggish; it is slow to respond to changes/touches. Before it was quite speedy. I assume this is either an app issue or a 15.4.1 issue. The Apple update did fix the pairing problem. I am, however, still suffering from iPhone battery drain issues, though they have mitigated somewhat with the update.

I am kicking myself for having updated to 15.4. Prior to that update the app worked fine and my phone’s battery lasted all day. Now it goes down very quickly and must be recharged. This is an XR we talking about, which always had great battery life. Anyway, I digress…

Hearing aids that are MFI never show in the Bluetooth list, only under settings, accessibility, hearing devices.

Have you turned off your aids and then turned them back on just prior to trying to pair them with your phone? That is the established procedure.

When I go to settings, accessibility, hearing devices, it shows the device in gray rather than black fonts and it says not connected, when I click the arrow, it then shows the device in black font and the spirograph is just spinning away trying to connect. It has the option to forget this device. Thinking maybe I should use that and start again???

OMG! You all are awesome! It worked. I haven’t had it long and didn’t even know you could turn it off and on but that worked and then paired through the accessibility. Thank you to all of you!!!
