My Oticon More 1 hearing aid on one side (Right Ear) beeps four or three times in a specific time interval. There is also three long green blinks. I have it charged over night. I tried looking into the website but Oticon does not have this specific troubleshooting information. Have anyone else seen this issue ? maybe i should just replace the rechargeable batteries and see if that fixes the problem ?
If it’s 8 continuous beeps 4 times consecutively, then that’s the signal that you need to bring the hearing aid in for service due to excess moisture on the mic of that particular aid.
Or it might be a low battery indicator as seen below:
This is a dread that I have, now I’m an Oticon fan and it’s a 14 week wait to sort out a broken hearing aids on the UK NHS. Covid got rid of the walk in clinics.
I do have two pairs of Xceed’s and I swop them out every month and leave the other pair in my dry box for a month and then swop out again. Hopefully that helps.
