Oticon Hearing Aid Updates: Brand-New Replacements Arrived

So today I finally received my new Oticon XCeed 1 and CROS unit replacements. So far so good. I remain pessimistically optimistic.

They are more solid thus far than the loaners I had even were.

Oticion Xceed 1 is a powerful & solid HA’s. It is water resistant and easy to handle.

It hasn’t been for me.

Just a bit of catch up for those who haven’t seen my other threads: My first Oticon Xceed + CROS in January of this year constantly randomly rebooted. After randomly rebooting sometimes every day and other times every few days, I had enough and had a warranty replacement with brand-new devices done. My original ones never felt as solid as the loaners, and never felt like these new ones. The loaners from my audiologist were better but started randomly rebooting.

I remain cautiously optimistic about this new set. They feel significantly more solid and better than the last two sets of devices I have been using. A lot of issues I had with the others have seemingly disappeared. I got these new ones last Friday, 10/25.

Hopefully, this time is the charm.

I never had any problems like this in the 42 years I have been wearing hearing aids. Including with Phonak. I am 45 now.
