Good day everyone. After trying several aids I purchased the Oticon Intent. Thanks to some very helpful people here, I got the link for Genie and downloaded it to my old computer. Everything worked fine. Today I switched to a new computer and tried to download again, but got the message Genie was no longer on the server. Can someone point me to a download link for Genie 2. Thank you in advance.
Hi there, yeah sure, just keep a backup on a flash drive just in case you need to this again.

Hate to bother, but having problems installing. Can download and see the Oticon folder which has in it 2 file folders (Data2 and tools). Also a set up file that will not open and also an update manifest.xml file. Any suggestions? Sorry about not being computer savvy . Cannot get any files to install
All you need to do is find the .exe file right click to install and of course it’s a zip file so you need to extract this first.
Hi there, great your giving DIY a go, it’s all pretty easy enough but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
Thanks everyone. I figured out that I have Windows S on my machine and only lets me install from their App Store. Had to get out of S mode.
