I am a phonak user but want to try oticon as well. Got a pair of seconds oticon alta2 pro and need to fit it to my audiogram. Where can i get the genie 2 to download ? and will it fit my oticon alta 2 model or do i need different software?
Yeah those are pretty old models now, you’ll need the legacy version of genie software, which is available.
You’ll also need Fittinglink programming device or a HiPro and cables.
