Hi I lost my laptop and can’t get the download link to reporgram my Oticon One - can you share this? Their website won’t allow me to do it.

Did you find one? Only thing I’ve run across is a site selling it for $20. Not sure if it’s legit.

Ps can anyone advise if the 100p rice can be use for slight hearing loss. Or should change to the 85 rice, 9r even the lowest 55 rice.

Hi there, please don’t stick rice in your ear ; )
But the receiver is determined by the level of your loss, genie software automatically chooses which one it thinks is best based on your audogram.
Also do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, plus don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.
