Hi there, why can’t you update? What happens when you try, it’s usually as simple as starting genie up and then close, next restart your PC and after a short while genie updater will notify you of an update, try it and see if this works for you.
Hello friends, how can I download the oticon 1 or oticon 2 software?
Welcome to the forum, sure genie is available, which Oticon models are you using? as the legacy version is for much older models, you’ll also need the correct programming device, Noahlink wireless for the OPN models onward.
Oticon Alta 2 Pro Ex-Hörer Mini
Ok in that case the legacy version, a fitting link or HiPro programming device is your choice, oh hang on are those the rebranded models, you’ll need their own flavoured version of genie I believe.

Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any DIY projects, so you don’t want the NOAHLINK, that’s another device that isn’t used on your intent models.

I had Genie 2 up and running for a few years and then last week I had to reinstall my PC. I was surprised I could not download Genie anymore. Can someone please help me get it back?
Hi there, yeah it’s a bummer, but they stopped the downloads few years back, it’s one of reasons why I keep a backup on a flash drive.
