Welcome to the forum, great your giving DIY a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any DIY projects.

Hey everyone. Can someone send me a link to Genie 2 too?

Thanks a lot!

Hello, I am looking for download for the Oticon Genie software as I am also having a low volume issue when using a ConnectClip connected to my laptop. Hoping to get this resolved without a trip back to my audiologist.
Thank you

Hi @firenzel! Would you be able to share a link with me as well? I have Oticon Real 1, but the nearest audiologist is on the other side of Georgia. It would really help me out a lot!

@tenkan , please could you help Angelica with Genie2 ?

I have an Oticon 2 but my prosthetist has not been able to properly adjust the braces for 2 years. I’m desperate

hi @tenkan and @firenzel! Could you share a link for Genie 2025.1? My copy never gets updated automatically. Thanks

You probably disabled Oticon Genie Updater’s auto start feature. You can start the app within the Windows menu>apps>Oticon>Oticon Genie Updater.

Thanks, but I actually run the updater and get a “no update found” message back.

Hi there, great your giving DIY a go, yeah I’m having the same issue right now, so I don’t have 2025 yet, just have to keep trying, it’ll pop up eventually, the roll out does seem to be country dependant just like the last few updates.

It’s downloading in the Netherlands.
EDIT: You’ve got to compress the install media in another folder than C:\ProgramData\Oticon\OticonUpdater\InstallFiles. Because Oticon deletes the whole contents of that folder, I can’t upload the data. Sorry!

We have a Noahlink on order (says it has been shipped) and would appreciate a link to the Genie 2 software. We have two hearing aids in use in our home - husband has older Oticon Real 1 and wife newer Oticon Intent 1. Might be ready to change out Reals for Phonak Audeo Sphere - having issues with speech in noise.

Funny, I switched out my Phonak’s for Oticon Real because speech in noise. The Phonak series were performing way less during a social event, s.a. birthday, drinks after work, etc…

My audiologist said that it was nonsense, because both could be programmed to sound quite the same. Your switch the other way seems to support his opinion.

@firenzel I wrote you privately: could I also have the link for Oticon 2025? Thanks
