I have a pair of Oticon Engage 85 hearing aids and recently purchased an oticon Connectline TV2 with Streamer Pro. I have gone through all of the instructions a number of times yet I cannot get my Engage 85 hearing aid to engage with it. What am I doing wrong? Is this model compatible? The Oticon website is useless. It just offers me the same instructions that I already have. Do any of you know if I have to switch something on the hearing aid? Any advice would be welcome.
