When I switch from General to TV Adapter the APP merges the left & right sounds into one.
Then when I click on “locate my hearing aids” it shows only the right hearing aid.
Later when I switch back to General it still shows the right & left merged.
In order to separate them I have to uninstall the APP then reinstall.
Does anybody else have this problem? or what causes it?
Have you tried the “Unmerge sliders” button from the “…” menu at the right above the tab bar?

When I uninstalled the APP then reinstalled the problem had gone away, now okay.
Therefore, will have to wait until it fails again for trying the Unmerge slider.
