I installed the Oticon Companion app on my IPhone 16 ProMax. Everything functions properly EXCEPT the app is only finding the Left hearing aid. The phone is connected to both hearing aids. I have followed the instructions regarding turning bluetooth off and on, putting hearing aids back in and out of the charger. Any suggestions?
1, Switched off the phone (Off & On) - press up volume button and on/off switch simultaneously.
or
2. delete Companion and reinstalled again. After installation, follow above No.1 again.
If you have an iPad, turn off Bluetooth in it.
