Hi All, since upgrade to 1.5.0 my streaming equalizer in Oticon Companion looses the settings every day. Never happened in previous versions. Anybody encountering same issues? Thanks all and have a great day.
Hi, thank you for your reply. I’ve contacted the audiologist who confirms the issue. So far I have no possibility to upgrade to 1.5.1. Guess it’s just a matter of time before it gets available in Belgium.
Well, you don’t mention whether it’s IOS or Android, but My Pixel 6a is working fine on 1.5.0.
Why can’t you update in Belgium? Is there geo-blocking from the app store?
Maybe try a VPN?
If you have Android no worries companion is 1.5.0 and as far ad i can tell doesn’t need and fixing

Got message from Oticon Belgium that the problem is recognized and a fix underway.
In Play Store version is still 1.5.0

Ah, thanks for the info, FYI, this morning I was streaming music, and it sounded like zero bass.
Checked the eq, and it was active, but same issue as you have on your sammy, settings were back to default!
So, you are not alone.
@cvkemp Chuck, If you set your streaming EQ, and reboot your Intents, the streamer will go back to default.
I’ve tested it twice.

Well, that’s a definitive answer, thanks.
My audiologist and I have my aids completely fine tuned to the point I never touch my app except for enabling the TV adapter, muting my aids every now and then if I am not interested in something my qife is watching and I am reading or streaming an audiobook. And I check battery levels and remaining time. By the way I can stream 3 hours a day and still get 21 hours out of my batteries if needed.
The Op was the streaming EQ settings, but you don’t EQ, so to you it’s fine, but to me, and @Deperre it’s buggered!

There are simply adjustments in Gene2 that the audiologist can make. But most audiologist don’t offer anything if the patient doesn’t ask. I was guilty of not asking just expecting my audiologist to do it correctly.
