Other person hears echo when I use iPhone with Phonak Sphere 90

I’ve trialed several other HA’s and all of them have worked well when using them with my iPhone. However, the Spheres are a problem. The sound quality for me is great, but the person I’m calling hears their voice echo. I’ve tried the obvious solutions by resetting, etc.

Is this a known problem with a fix?

Wonder if you also tried to break and setup a new telephone line connection as usually that’s the first thing I would think of. Do not hope the Spheres are the problem as I’m having them also. Did not suffer this problem yet.

Off topic: My only problem is that myPhonak app doesn’t work anymore. Tried on different Samsung’s with recent updates and also on IOS. Installed and reinstalled apps and BT connections.

It resolved itself as I said in my comment. I don’t know why or how, but the problem no longer exists.

So it could even be that you had a bad line for that time… because I didn’t read you answered that in a former post.
