Opticon OPN2 does not connect to Genie after upgrade

Good afternoon. After the Genie update, the hearing aids are not visible. What could be the problem?
According to the seller: oticon opn2, for the UK the name is Oticon Engage.
I’m just starting to wear the devices, everything is new to me.

Can you clarify if this is an update of the Genie 2 software you’re talking about, or if it’s a firmware update to the OPN 2 itself? What connection device are you using? A NoahLink Wireless, or one of the older ones like the ExpressLink or a HiPro or miniPro?

Specifically, devices do not connect to Genie2. I use NoahLink Wireless.
After updating the Genie2 application, the program sees my Oticon Engage as Oticon OPN2 . and don’t connect them

Did you enter the NHS code last time before you updated genie software.
