Old tech.. Oticon ria2 and streamer pro 1.3

Good afternoon to everybody.

I’ve signed up for this forum because my mother uses Oticon RIA2 hearing aids for many years but weeks ago she lost her Streamer Pro 1.3.
I bought a new one, but the lab claims it doesn’t have the cable that connects the device to register it so she can’t use it and she really need it to speak by cell.

Does anyone know where I can download the necessary software and get the cable to connect the hearing aids to my laptop?

I really appreciate any help that’s you may provide me.

Yeah all you’ll need is a common USB to MicroUSB cable, although older style it’s still available, Oticon Genie software for legacy models should do it, from memory you’ll just need to add the serial number of the streamer in genie, hmmmm I’m guessing now you may need to hav5your HAs connected at the same time, this is looking expensive, as you’d need the programming device (Fitting link) as well, since those are very old tech models maybe it’s time to look at upgrading the HAs.
