Noahlink wireless

Is your Audi able to connect with Noahlink Wireless?

My Audi refuses to help me
Says try it yourself
:face_with_raised_eyebrow:

These are the only two (@rvjuok @sergo29101967) that I have heard of not connecting with Noahlink Wireless. Both Russia?? But I don’t see what that has to do with this connection problem?

Genie 2 may have a Pin Code Lock in Genie2 / Preferences / Edit preferences / Data protection. But I don’t think that is the case for this connection problem? Even with a pin code lock I still think that you can Detect the hearing aids.

And maybe it’s problemma?

Or the fact that I did not register my Genie?

Or maybe I need to establish a NOAH?

We have never used NOAH. We always run Standalone.
We have never needed NOAH. We always run Standalone.
We have never registered Genie or Genie 2.

Hmmmm; the installation code supplied by Oticon looks suspicious? And it says Note that this action cannot be cancelled.

I already think that my NoanLink is spoiled
:disappointed_relieved:

No, I don’t think that it is the installation code supplied by Oticon.

Genie 2 Help says;
Add or remove instruments: Add instruments that are not available in your market. This requires a code; please contact your local support.

Local support will deny me
in granting access
Very sorry.
Thank you for attention.
I’ll be selling NoanLink.
In the future I will acquire Hi-Pro.
I hope with a cable I will not have problems?

When I write random data 12345 …

@sergo29101967 @pvc

I’m quite sure you don’t need to use any codes to make it work even if you’re in Russia.

Open and close Battery Doors, right? Then Detect.
Открывайте и закрывайте дверцы батарей, верно? Затем Обнаружите.

Yes, I think you are correct.

There must be a subtlety in the sequence:
We open and immediately close (one or two values do not, I think so)
then found in the upper left corner.
I located my OPN2 at different distances (from 0cm to 3meters)
I changed the batteries.
I tried on Windows 8 and Windows 10.
Tried on different computers.
I changed the USB cable.
It seems that he is spoiled.
Although the seller is worthy

@pvc
should it be any sound from opns when they are waiting for pairing?

some instructions said if you have problems
Check that:
The mute function is not selected
Batteries are new
The wax filter or dome are not blocked

So my question is why wax or domes are matter for connection?

Maybe the (mute/wax) instructions were for General Problems.

Waiting for Pairing state (open/close battery doors) is required before connecting.

so the best idea for me is to check this noah device with another aids and if there is still no reaction then we’ll know it’s not my/our fault

That is a good idea to try it on another set of hearing aids.

But;
Note that this is new and not all manufacturers support this standard yet. Only GN Resound/Beltone is backwardly compatible for their entire range of wireless hearing aids.

Thanks for information!
I’m gonna try with Oticon Opns with 5th firmware installed.

Простите rvjuok,но вы уже пробовали согласовть ваши OPN1 от Oticon
с NoahLink Wireless?
:мышление:

Друзья посоветовали:
LightBlue® Explorer
вроде как сканироание BLE Bluetooth.
Может это поможет?
У меня с этой программой определяет мои OPN2,
а NoahLink нееопределяет.
На моём NoahLink есть до сих пор заводская наклейка.
Не может ли она быть помехой для связи?

Может глупо?

Unless you’re thinking you might return them then I would take those stickers off. If only just for appearances sake :slight_smile: As for radio interference…doubt it. That plastic would have to have lots of metallic particles in it. Which I doubt. You could see if anything connects by pointing the ends of the thing towards you rather than the front face. But that’s grasping. Or see if you could re-apply the sticker afterwards in case you do choose to return it.
