For curiosity I went through the registration process and ended up with this:

I used a real anonymous email address to see what I get after the initial email they sent that said much the same.

I doubt I’ll get anything useful.

It would be pretty slick though to be able to make adjustments via the phone after initial setup.

Edit: As expected…Signia said no. Of course for all I know they’re monitoring here or someone said something.

Does anyone know if the Noahlink Wireless can do firmware upgrades? In my case I have Oticon Opns with a FittingLink programmer, however, the Genie 2 programming software typically requires a wired connection for firmware updates.

No, you need a wired programming device link.

Hi all! I got my new Noahlink Wireless today although I’ve ordered the FittingLink. I’ve plugged into my PC today, it installs and Genie recognized it. The problem is, I can’t seem to get my Oticon OPNs connected… am I doing something wrong? Firmware on Noahllink has been upgraded and Genie’s updates were also done.
Any advice?

Yip - I’ve done that - Detect and Select. Still no connection.
For reference: I bought my OPNs in Japan and they were programmed with the FittingLink. Not sure about the file format transfer between PC and HAs, but mine have been programmed in Japanese. Can it be a language problem?
I went to the audi, and it connect fine on her PC

Пользуюсь ноутбуком ( система Windows 10 Pro )

Прошу помощь

Это означяет что
другим любым программатором
проводным или безпроводным
я не смогу настроить свои APN?
Придется продать NoahLink Wireless

Это моя догадка. Есть шесть крупных производителей - Oticon, Phonak, Reound, Sivantos / Siemens, Widex и Starkey. Я не знаю, кто изготовил ваш APN?

Подключаю NoahLink Wireless к ноутбуку ASUS

Preferences\Edite preferences…\Programming device\DETECT\OK

Выключаю Wi-Fi и Bluetooth на ноутбуке и на телефоне iPhone

Открываю свои левый и правый OPN2

Вставляю новые батареи 312

Закрываю левый и правый OPN2

Распологаю примерно на растоянии 30см. от NoahLink Wireless

Выбираю клиента

FAMILY\DETECT

Пробовал очень много раз

Купил NoahLink Wireless у этого продавца ( он со мной на связи )

Есть ли ещё варианты

Возможно, обновление прошивки до версии v5 с использованием Hi-Pro и кабелей, поскольку обновления прошивки Oticon Opn не могут выполняться беспроводным способом.

It is possible to upgrade the firmware to version v5 using Hi-Pro and cables, since Oticon Opn firmware updates can not be performed wirelessly.
