@markoo355 is correct. You connect the Noahlink Wireless to the PC via the USB cable that should be supplied with the device. The Noah Link or Noahlink (without the Wireless to its name) is something else. PVC had some unkind words to say about it. Noah, NOAHlink, or Noahlink Wireless

The BT in a Noahlink Wireless is used to connect to the HA’s, NOT the PC. The proper drivers, etc., should be made available when you install the fitting software appropriate for the make and model you’re trying to fit. That’s why the instructions tell you to do that first. For ReSound, when you want to connect to the HA’s, you are instructed to reboot the HA’s and the fitting software then finds them and connects with them automatically and you can perform a test to make sure the software has the right and left HA’s correctly identified, etc.
