I’m trying to connect a Noahlink Wireless to my Mac (and Windows via Parallels) but cannot get either the Mac or Parallels/Windows to recognise the Noahlink.
When I plug it into the USB port, the green lights light up, but the device does not appear in any list and the Resounr/Phonak software cannot connect to the Noahlink.
I’ve tried shutting down both the Mac and Windows, no success.
This used to work about 9 months ago - Anyone have any ideas?
