NoahLink Wireless connectivity

I recently received my NoahLink wireless 2 and when I open the programming software for either my Philips 9040 or KS 9’s the programming software recognizes the NoahLink but does not seem to connect to the hearing aids. I have updated the NoahLink and made sure the most recent driver is installed.
The lights on the NoahLink light up and then turn off. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Open and close battery doors on Aids so NL Wireless can read the Aids.

I did try that quite a few times. I did finally get the KS9’s connected to the software program, but have not been able to get the Philips to connect to the software. It keeps timing out when trying to connect.

Make sure the Bluetooth in your phone and any other devices nearby devices is turned off,

Should I leave the laptops BT on?

Obviously you don’t need it to make the connection, but it’ll probably interfere so turn it off.

I keep getting this message. Maybe I am on the wrong screen.

I think so, as in why is the language packs being displayed?
Go back to your client list and shut down your PC, then restart and then plug the Noahlink wireless into the USB port (don’t use a hub) then open genie and click on your client, open/close battery door or rechargeable drop into charger and remove to start the pairing mode, click connect in genie, hopefully something will work.

Finally got it working. There was a software update that needed to be done. Updated and it works fine now.

Thanks to everyone for the help!
