I’m getting the Oticon Xceed 2s from the NHS. I was wondering if anyone knows about the MFI “Made For iPhone” function.
Will the aids allow me to listen to sound i.e. music playback YouTube & podcasts? I know there is a Connectclip but I am hoping I will not need that as it is a pain to have another device hanging around.
I have Oticon Xceed 1 & it is made for iPhone. My iPhone is 13.
You have to pair Xceed with your iPhone then you can listen to music and youtube sound directly into your Xceed. When someone called you the iPhone will ring (ringing sound goes diretly into the Xceed), you click onto the iPhone and then you can talk to the caller via the iPhone mic.
Ok, that sounds great so I wouldn’t need anything extra to listen to sound on my iPhone.
