Nhs oticon engage

I have had nhs oticon engage hearing aids for a tear now. They have been adjusted twice but still their performance in noisy environments is poor. Their website suggestes that the user can focus on a selected speaker(s) and puts you in charge of which sounds you want to focus on. How is this done?

Side note, Engage is equal to Opn 2 in terms of technology.

Simple environment they can reduce background noise by max of 1.5dB.

Complex environments they can reduce by max of 5dB.
