Rec’d new Resound Nexia from Va 10 days ago. Note, I replaced LINX Quattro’s. Paired to Galaxy A15 with no problems and apparantly conncted to both of my TV Streamer 2’s also, but the screen is difficult to read as the two TV Streamers appear at the bottom of the screen in very small type. But it did work.
Also note that Smart 3D app was 1.35.1.
Last night after a 30 minute power failure, the App refused to display the two TV Streamers. I tried to repair the TV Streamer but it only displayed TV Streamer+ as an option. I tried to pair it anyway but it refused. I then noticed the App was now at rev 6.35.1 ??
This morning it started working again with the small TV Stremers at the bottom of the screen. I found the App is now at rev 9.35.1.
What is going on? I would very much like the Smart 3D App to work as it did when I was using the LINX Q hearing aids.
I assume your phone wasn’t plugged into wall power when the power came back on?
I’d reboot the TVS2 - unplug the TVS2, unpair from phone, wait 30 seconds or more unpairing will probably take more than that, plug back in, re-pair.
If you haven’t rebooted your phone, power it off and restart.
If the above doesn’t solve the problem, delete the app and reinstall.
