Okay, like many I put off HA’s for several years. I bought some ‘hearing amplifiers’ that were basically junk and thought how much better could ‘real’ hearing aids be.
Well, I’m here to tell you there is absolutely no comparison. My new HA’s are totally comfortable, I can wear them all day, no problem. Difficult situations? Noisy restaurants, group gatherings with a number of speakers, wind noise; everything is handled very well and sounds natural.
For better or worse, I can understand my wife even when she is downstairs.
Anyway, thanks to the group here for the encouragement as I have also encouraged my group of friends that have been on the fence about getting them.
Going in this week for a few final tweaks, but this past three weeks has been amazing.

I’m thrilled to hear your report. I’m starting a trial with a pair of Rexton Bi-Cores next week, which are a rebranded version of the same hearing aid. I’m looking forward to it.
