This morning when i took the hearing aids out from recharger to insert into ears i got beeps and a little song. Then this is what showed on my app. Left one seems fine but the right one can’t be adjusted. Any ideas on what happened and how i fix it?
If so, the phone has lost its BT connection with the 9050s. Rebooting the aid should cause a reconnection, as should cycling BT in the phone off and on. If that doesn’t work, I recommend rebooting the phone, then forgetting the aids on the phone and doing the BT pairing.again.
There’s a small but real possibility of a failure in the aid’s BT circuitry, but it’s likely to be just a loss of connection.
The app is not the best. It can lose connection if you get too far away from your phone. The suggestions above should solve it. I have also had to dump and reinstall the app a couple of times when nothing else works. But my HA always works through it all . . .
Thanks for your quick responses. After much button pushing, BT on/off, unpairing and pairing, with no luck I changed the wax guard and dome and, yes, it was clogged. When i tried to connect this time it was back so hard to tell if it was just happenstance with the connection or a clogged guard was the culprit.

I think it was happenstance. The app has no way to be affected by a clogged wax guard.
I have Philips 9050s. The connection between my Android phone and the app has been pretty stable. The exception is when I use my TV adapter (I just got it a week ago). When I am using the adapter, the app loses connection multiple times.
My phone is Samsung S23 and I have no BT connection issues with HA Philips 9050. However, while I trialed the Oticon Intent I experienced same issue, the only solution that worked for me was to restart the phone.
Oticon and Philips app is exactly the same, only changes the colour and a speech enhancer button in Oticon app.
I guess the issue is related with keep connection setting in the app, if you experience the problem you can switch this setting off.
