New to Widex Moment 110

I purchased a pair Widex Moment 110 late in 2021. After 8 visits to the audiologist, I gave up. He didn’t understand anything about audio, … I needed more global volume, better speech comprehension, and less surrounding noise,…

I would like to understand how an HA works. Seems to be a miniaturized audio system, mic-preamp-amp-speaker, and some FX in the preamp (equalizer, compressor and possibly others). But I cannot find documentation on that.

So, I am now considering DIY

Do I need Widex Prolink and Compass GPS software? Or there are other options? Where can I get them?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum, yes sure the Noahlink wireless programming device and Widex compass software is all that’s required to start your DIY project, you’ll find the compass software very easy to navigate as well, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
