Need new hearing aids, must be in the ear no matter the size as the one I have now phonak 90 Marvel been hurting my ears now for four years, I been getting painful scars and now are worsening. The hearing aids must disposable batteries and Bluetooth.

Starkey seems to be well though of for ITE aids. How are your word recognition scores?

went to new audiologist because Boots UK doesn’t carry Starkey, the new audio took a new hearing test and the ear molds and send it to Starkey about a week later Starkey response that they no longer do in the ear hearing aids with disposable batteries, with rechargeable batteries I won’t buy hearing aids.

Resound recently released a disposable battery custom model on their current Nexia platform. Phonak Virto Paradise and Oticon Own also can be made to use disposable batteries and are wireless, but their platforms are older.
I think it’s important to say that your hearing aids shouldn’t hurt your ears. Did you raise this where you bought your hearing aids from?
