I have not heard of this. Don’t know if it’s the same on a Samung S22 Ultra but I’ll look, Thanks.
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE. Check system sound and ringtone sound or ringtone song. I can turn the ringtone tune to different tunes AND can adjust the ringtone volume down or up.
That may work for you.
Hello KingsPoint,
Your ringtones and notification sounds are through your aids only?
May I ask Starkey, Phonak, or other?
Have the same issue but sometimes it will ring through HA if I disconnect and turn off BT then turn back on. Then the next day it will not work again. I also have Pixel 9 Pro with Starkey App. So annoying!
Do you have your Bluetooth settings set to “automatically turn on tomorrow?”
Did you pair them under Hearing Accessibility?
Is that a Pixel 9 Pro setting?
yes, it is an android Bluetooth setting. It’s under Connected devices; Connection preferences; Bluetooth; Automatically turn on tomorrow.
OK, I don’t have that on Android 13.
What Android version do you have?
I’m using a Pixel 6a with Android 16. Sorry, I got you mixed up with the person with the Pixel 9.
If looking to replace your current phone, I would wait until the Pixel 10 comes out to see if there is any price drop on a used unlocked Pixel 8 from Amazon renewed. Don’t get the Pixel 8a.
With your Pixel and Android 16, may I ask if you get both your ringtones and notification sounds through your aids, phone speaker, or both?
Would you share the brand of your aids?
Thanks
With Bluetooth enabled, I get ringtones and notifications sounds through my aids, but not the speaker. When Bluetooth is turned-off, I get ringtone and notifications through the speak and not the aids.
I’m currently using the Philips 9040 hearing aids. When Philips and Oticon update their hearing aids to Auracast, I would get a new pair. However, I am tempted to get the Jabra 30 and trial them for a few months using Costco’s generous return policy.
Exact same. Pixel 9 Pro, AB CI and Phonak Link.
