Need Fitting Software for Philips Hearing Aids

I’m needing to reprogram some of my mother’s mismatched hearing aids. Costco in Dallas has decided to ignore our needs as much as possible. I think she has purchased 6 or 7 pairs of Philips in recent years plus all the ones she lost more than once and paid for replacements.

Went today because she lost one of her next to the last paired aids. I need to pair up mismatched aids and update programming. Soonest for an appointment is 6 weeks out.

Could someone give me a link to Philips Fitting software?

Oh wow a man on a mission! So Phillips Hearsuite software and the Noahlink wireless programming device would be required as well.

Used fishing line to tie the HA’s and get a clip to clip onto her dress collar so it would fall off or lost it.

Good start DIY.

I have the real retainers, but she will not wear them. She is 94, what can I do. She is stubborn and still alive because of it. lol

Thanks for the suggestion.

Maybe the retainer is a bit “big” and does not look nice. Thin Fishing line is invisible and hope she could not see it clearly or her friends!
