I just got a pair of Phonak Audio Life L-R 90 hearing aids.
But one of my many problems is : myPhonak turns off my RemoteControl!
This is a major problem because I can’t discreetly pull out my cell-phone to adjust my hearing aid.
The other problem is I can’t quicker adjust the sound level if the situation quickly changes.
Are there any solutions, I can’t spend my life with a cell-phone in my hand?
I found that if I turn the cell-phone Bluetooth off, the RemoteControl works.
Question is: will the hearing aids retain the myPhonak setting with the Bluetooth off, if I don’t touch the RemoteControl?
