myPhonak app doesn't save programs

Hi. I’m new to the HA world. I’m getting used to a pair of Phonak Audeo M30 units.

On the myPhonak app, I can create a customized program. And save it. Then it appears in my list of programs.

But if I close and open the app, the saved customized program is gone.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

That’s normal for Marvel.

Saving programs only works for Paradise and Lumity.
