I’ve been using my Phonak Audeo L90-R hearing aids since 10/17/22.
Since I had my audiologist disable the ‘touch’ feature, I no longer loose phone calls caused by an inadvertent brush of a hand with an ear.
I have had increasing difficulty using the MyPhonak app with them. Today (3/7/23) I gave up and deleted the app and redownloaded it from the Apple App store. Now it does not work at all. All it delivers is circling dots chasing each other, for hours. I did my best to follow the pairing instructions.
Am I the only owner of Phonak hearing aids that can’t make the MyPhonak app work?
My phone is an iPhone SE 2020 that otherwise works just fine.
