I switched cell-phones several weeks ago, but never setup the Health app.
Today I started the Health app and was startled to discover that there was no Health date from the day I switched phones to today! But all the older info was still there.
I also noticed that when you switch from a previous Month mode to Day mode, it resets to today.
It takes a lot of taps to get back to October data.
