I haven’t got my Roger Mic to check or even my laptop with me, to check where my left license is!
I hope it hasn’t disappeared! 
Must be a blip Ruth, I don’t think they can just disappear… reboot your aids, and check again. Or uninstall the app, and reinstall, or both…Cheers Kev 
If you have an online account to check on the license location/status, maybe you could surf up on a cell phone to your online account? Or call an audi and see if they have a record. It looks as if it’s been “dropped”, but likely a glitch as kevels55 says.
