My Phonak app shows warning batteries are low when they are not

I just was fitted with Phonak Sphere Infinio 90s, so I am now using the My Phonak app (I was using KS10s with the Easy Line app). It’s only been a couple of days but 3 times the app has popped up a warning that the left aid will disconnect soon if not charged but the aid is 90% charged! It hasn’t actually disconnect yet. Has anyone else seen that?

Try a re-install of the app? Other than that, go to settings-apps-phonak, and clear data. Then set your aids up again.

Yes, I’ve had the same thing a couple of times with new Spheres on iPhone 15. Warning but actual battery charge level is high (70-80%).

Just ignored it.

Probably should let Phonak know as it will just be an app bug.

perhaps a bug in the MyPhonak app.
so wait for the next app update , or the next firmware update for the Infinio hearing aids

I see that too. Since I can see the battery level is good I assume it is a bug in the software and just ignore it.

Thanks, everyone. Good to know that I’m not the only one! I reported the bug to Phonak app support.

I’ve had my Spheres for about 3 weeks now. I had had the same occasional warnings (and sometimes the app would show 0% for the right aid, which was obviously a faulty reading). I installed an update to myPhonak from the Apple App store and I don’t recall getting any of those warnings subsequently, but I’m not completely certain. I have myPhonak version 7.0.0.1798 on an iPhone 16 with IOS 18.1

If my P70-UP aids with the 675 battery gets low voltage, l hear the beeps and have not seen a low voltage message in myphonak app. Do not put Zinc Air battery in hearing aid dryer, it will shorten the life of the battery.
I know that rechargeable battery are different.

Yes, this has been happening to me regularly. The battery is never low when I get the message.
