My ks9.0 left side of hearing aid has no sound. I tried many ways to let it work but it doesn’t. Can you please let me know what I can do to fix this issue? Many thanks!
Has it been exposed to a bit of damp. ?
If so , open battery compartment and leave it in a warm area… on window in the sun for an hour.
Then clean aid to ensure no wax is in the tip of mold.
Most likely wax filters, but don’t try cleaning, just change the wax filters and see if this works

To check if it’s the receiver, you can swap the receivers over on your KS9’s to see.

KS9 implies Costco. Just take it in to their Hearing Aid kiosk and if it is a simple fix it is likely they will take care of it then and there. If it is something they can’t fix in the store, likely it is not a fix the consumer can do either.
I will be getting a CI in my left ear in December and likely won’t be buying HAs from them any more, but when the wire fell out of the BTE part on my better ear a few weeks ago, they fixed it while I waited in about 10 minutes. Wax filter replacement is even faster. All this with my own KS9s that are out of warranty.
