Ultra Hearing Aid advertises a 45-day “no risk” guarantee, but in reality, it’s a maze of delays, silence, and obstruction. I returned the product well within the required timeframe, followed every instruction, and still encountered deliberate stalling tactics. Their customer service was virtually nonexistent, and every attempt to get a refund was met with vague promises and no follow-through.
What’s worse—and frankly, what makes this feel downright insidious—is that their entire refund process seems designed to prey on elderly customers. They know many of their buyers may not be tech-savvy or have the energy to fight through endless emails and evasive responses. It’s not just bad business—it’s exploitative.
And yes—I’m still waiting for my refund.
If you’re considering Ultra Hearing Aid, don’t fall for the “no risk” marketing. It’s a hollow promise, and you’ll be left fighting for what they claimed was guaranteed.
