Microphone not working properly in Bluetooth (KS10)

The microphones on my KS10’s have turned themselves right down on Bluetooth. On a phone call I can hear the caller but they can only hear me very distantly. Same on Zoom.

I have the Target software, am not an expert and don’t know what the correct settings for microphone gain on Bluetooth are. I might have inadvertently caused the problem, blundering around.

Sound quality for the other caller on the other end, is always bad because the Mic that picks up your voice, is behind your ear.

This could be an issue if you’ve adjusted anything recently.

I also found, giving me more gain in the low end, on the Phone Call Program, means my dad struggles to hear me more. Have no idea why.

It used to be fine - this has just happened and I fear I caused it.

I probably ought to reinstate an older session.
