I hope you’ve killed ADAPTIVE STREAMING VOLUME and MIX with Mic. see attached pic, marked with red

I prefer to have “mix with microphone turned on” just microphone level changed to 100%. Otherwise there are annoying dips, and additional latency any time streamed audio starts.
Adaptive volume turned off.

this means that while you are listening to music you also hear the surrounding so best is to lower to 50% or even less, or, off to 0%

I know how it works… I prefer to hear the environment [it’s called transparency mode in earbuds]. Streaming sound is much louder than environment anyway. Plus it doesn’t change the sound quality.
