Manufacturer support for hearing aids i bought used on Ebay

Just wondering if i can get manufacturer support for hearing aids i bought used on Ebay. I am currently not having any problems. I have TruHearing th 7 Premium aids that i have done DIY programming on. I am pleased with the aids. I believe that the aids would still be under warranty if there was a problem, since they were released by TruHearing in 2024. Has anyone had luck getting manufacturer support in a similar situation? If they are still under warranty, would that be transferable to a new owner such as myself?

You would have to find a aud that deals with TruHearing to send them into the repair center. Probable would be best if the aud calls the company and varaify that the will warranty them and make sure they have not not been replaced under the lost/damaged part of the warranty .
The aud will probably charge you for the service.

Was the eBay seller a dealer?
Dealers often provide warranty support.
But that first requires some evidence of malfunction or defect in performance.
Unsure of the model status, but if that is meant to be set up by a Hearing Aid dispenser, you probably should be looking for someone who will see you, after the sale. Good to have that relationship in any event. No ?

the seller was not a dealer. he really didnt know anything about the hearing aids he was selling. Turns out the aids were working fine. I did DIY programming of these based on my audiogram. this worked out very good. i think you are correct that support has to be given through a dealer. I guess i could call the manufacturer or a dealer if i have any trouble to see what they say.

Tru-Hearing isn’t a manufacturer. They’re white label aids. You’ve bought a product that won’t (unlikely) be recognised by an independent dispenser, even if they agree to see you on whatever terms they are happy with.
