Strange thing happening with my new Phonak Lumity aids. Watching TV. IPHONE on table across the room. hearing aid suddenly spontaneously dialed phone number if someone I haven’t called in years
Had to get up and hang up call (she is on east coast and would have been sleeping)
This is the second time it has happened. Called someone else when I was in another room and I never touched my aids!
Do you have a virtual assistant on your phone that somehow could be triggered by your voice or other sounds? Wild guess here because I do not use a virtual assistant.

Most likely a coincidence due to the phone making the ghost call and not the Lumity doing it.
I’ve seen this a few times. Get your audiologist to turn off tap control on the aids. Tap control can activate the voice assistant on your phone which then could interpret a sound as an instruction to make a call.
I know you probably didn’t intentionally tap your hearing aids but it can happen accidentally especially if you wear spectacles.
