I bought a second charger case for my Lumity 90s to take when I travel and my question is will the charger work if plugged into the usb port of my car? Is that going to be powerful enough to run the charger?

It is almost certainly plenty! I think the paradise charging load was something in the 25mA area. I can’t think Lumity is much more.

I’m not sure what amps it needs. In the car manual, if the usb outlet is a PD outlet (USB Power Delivery) it would definitely charge it. Might also be called Fast Charge.

To be on the safer side, it is better to charge the power bank then the power bank to your Lumity 90 charger. Normally the Lumity charger is able to be connected to the power bank. Let’s some try it out from car to Lumity charger.
Normally it is OK from car to Lumity charger.

Maybe I shouldn’t say that but I can even charge my Lumity directly from my Mobile Phone (via USB-C / USB-C cable, OnePlus Android).
And yes it will also charge from Car USB Socket, even in the user guide it is stated not to do so.
Only point is it could be slower, but at least something.
