Lumity 70 doesn't connect properly with Pixel 6 phone

I have a Google Pixel 6 Android phone running latest software. I’m trialing phonak lumity 70 HA. Having trouble correcting properly to Bluetooth. The HAs connect as LE-L and LE-R. Like this no streaming or tap.

Phonak tech support said they must connect as L-R and L-R to steam, not as LE. After 8 hrs of failed attempts I finally got a 3rd HA connection called R Phonak HA (but never L Phonak HA). Now I get streaming on the right HA and a weak pass thru of the signal to the left HA.

I contacted Phonak support again to ask if this is a programming problem. No answer. I went to my audiologist and asked him. Showed him the tech support email. He said he had no idea what it means.

Before I return these, has anyone else had this problem?

Yep just for the App control.

Hardly matters, as Phonak don’t stream using BLE they use classic.

Yep that’s all good ( not the 8 hour’s part tho!)
One side ( the right side is default) so you will never get both, Phonak uses the master slave setup, so one side streams to the other.

Very interesting. Then the Phonak tech guy was wrong! Maybe he thought I have an iPhone although I told him I have an android phone.

Same regardless of phone type.
