Is there a place on this forum or elsewhere where all the Oticon Genie 2 configuration settings are explained, what they do and how to adjust them for the best result and troubleshooting?
I see loose bits of information here and there but not a comprehensive guide. Anyone know if this is available?
So this is the user guides, very easily found on the web, video guide as well, unfortunately there’s no “best” for any results as we are all different in how we hear (and how we like things to sound) if there’s anything in particular that you’d want to know with genie just ask as we have a few DIY members that are quite good with genie. software
