FYI, Connexx 7 is required in addition to the Connexx 6.5 to program Micon HA.

I am looking for ConnexxLink package as well as Connexx 6.5/7 support software. I am using Siemens 701 Pure Carat HA’s.
The Audi takes me too much time. I have a service contract for what the audi is supposed to do. It does not work…
Newbie here. Is anyone on the forum using the connexx 7 and micon pure?
Unfortunately I do not get any response via email, nor via the website.
Is there somebody who can provide Connexx software 6.5+/7 or link to a download location. You can also PM me via the forum.
I am running out of time, the audi encounters issues with the software.
Also the support of a Siemens specialist did not provide any solution. By changing the setting, the performance of the HA’s becomes worser than it already was.
I am sure the Siemens 701 Pure Carat HA’s are OK for my situation.
When I encounter is that experienced audi’s do not have to less feeling with the possibilities of the software for fitting HA’s. The HA’s contain to much intelligence which is not addressed by the audi’s.
Each manufacturer has own fitting procedure with different software and hardware. The audi’s are no specialist on fitting software of each vendor.
They use NOAH for all vendors and on top of that in the case of Siemens Connexx software with the ConnexxLink hardware.
I really want to do the programming of the HA’s myself.
Most audi’s do not support this idea, because of different reasons.
That’s odd as he has always been responsive and helpful to me.
But, I have no way of knowing what you are asking of him or how you are asking.
I have provided my personal information and made clear I got a reference
to the company and person, based upon good experiences.
Asked:
1/. it is possible to provide the ConnexxLink and the Connexx 6.5+/7 software ?
2/. can this be sent to the EU (Europe), are there aspects of customs (e.g. additional costs because of importing into the country outside US).
3/. provided details of my HA’s Siemens 701 Pure Carat and batterysize: 13.

Siemens 701 Pure Carat HA’s… you do not need the 7 software for the Pure Carats.

For old Aquaris, Connexx 6.5 is ok. For new Aquaris mi3, mi5, mi7 (with the new micon processor) you need Connexx 7.1.

All micon products require Connexx version 7, all other products are on version 6.5 and earlier (i.e. aquaris 701/501 are on 6.5, aquaris 3/5/7mi are on version 7)/

I am also looking for Sifit/Connexx 7 for my Pure Micon 7 HA’s.
Has anybody found it yet?
No there isn’t. Updates are always through a new DVD. A few years ago downloads were available in the public section of the siemens website, but that has all been restricted. This goes for both the Connexx software as the Sifit database, containing the specs of each hearing instrument. Siemens doesn’t want you to mess around without your Audi.
Do you have access to Connexx 6.5.5? As that is the latest Generation 6 release with Sifit 6.10.3?
