We don’t have that model here in the states. However, I would just try to connect your hearing aid to Bluetooth and use a dedicated music app. I wouldn’t try using the bemore app to listen to music.
If you have ripped music and loaded them on your phone, then try a music player app like VLC if it’s legal in the UK.
If are streaming, then download one of those music streaming apps that available in the UK. Here Spotify is a popular one.
